Nintendo has teamed up with well-known sandal brand Crocs on a joint project for Animal Crossing, and it turns out just as anticipated.
The Crocs themed around Animal Crossing, set to release on August 26, will cater to both children and adults. The shoes feature a forest backdrop in green at the top part and a water scene below, inspired by the game’s settings. Pre-installed on these shoes are Jibbitz charms from Animal Crossing, such as K.K. Slider, Isabelle, Tom Nook, and Timmy & Tommy. However, more charms can be bought separately via their official website.
Ever since their release back in 2001, these games have captivated millions of players globally, transforming them into beloved classics for fans young and old. Nintendo’s official statement expresses excitement that the new shoes will allow players to immerse themselves even deeper into a tranquil, nature-inspired world alongside their favorite characters.
It appears that the pricing is somewhat unclear at the moment. According to the Crocs website, the prices are $55 for children’s sizes and $85 for adult sizes. However, Nintendo lists the adult sizes as costing $70 in their reveal. We will update this information if we receive further clarification.
Beginning on August 26, 2025, you’ll have the opportunity to buy adorable Animal Crossing-themed Crocs shoes from various sources. These will include the Crocs official website and physical stores, partner retailers, and other authorized outlets that carry Crocs merchandise.
