Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban’s L.A. Home Broken Into and ‘Ransacked,’ Police Say

On Valentine’s Day, it was confirmed by police to KTLA that the residence of Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban in Los Angeles was burglarized and left in disarray. The LAPD responded to a break-in at the high-profile couple’s home around 8 p.m. local time on February 14th.

According to KTLA’s report, a security guard stated that an intruder broke in by shattering a glass door and searched through the house before leaving the Beverly Crest neighborhood property in L.A. Neither Kidman nor Urban were present during the burglary. It remains unclear if any items were taken from the home of the celebrity duo.

Kidman and Urban have been wed since 2006, and they share two children. As reported by the Los Angeles Times, their L.A. residence is nestled within the exclusive Beverly Hills neighborhood of Hidden Valley, a gated community that boasts numerous famous residents like Penelope Cruz, Cameron Diaz, Jennifer Lawrence, Adele, and Katy Perry.

Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban have been husband and wife since 2006, and they are the parents of two children. The Los Angeles Times revealed that their L.A. home is situated within the prestigious gated community of Hidden Valley in Beverly Hills, which counts celebrities such as Penelope Cruz, Cameron Diaz, Jennifer Lawrence, Adele, and Katy Perry among its residents.

A comparable incident to the one that recently transpired at Kidman and Keith’s residence has surfaced, involving the LA Football Club player Olivier Giroud earlier this month. The police reported that an estimated $500,000 worth of items were taken from Giroud’s home following a burglary on February 5, which also left a shattered window in its wake. Among the stolen goods were watches. It remains undetermined if these two incidents share any connections.

More recently, Nicole Kidman appeared in “Babygirl,” a production by A24, where she was awarded Best Actress at the Venice Film Festival last year. However, despite nominations for the Golden Globe and Critics’ Choice Awards, she wasn’t selected for the best actress category at the Oscars. Upcoming ventures for Kidman include Mimi Cave’s movie “Holland” and the Amazon Prime Video series “Scarpetta,” where she will share the screen with Jamie Lee Curtis.
