NFL & Hallmark?! You Won’t Believe Which Team Is Next!

Hallmark Media, NFL, and Skydance Sports are teaming up once more for a new movie. Entitled “Holiday Touchdown: A Bills Love Story”, this production will be included in Hallmark Channel’s 16th annual Countdown to Christmas event. Filming is slated to begin towards the end of 2025 and will take place entirely within Buffalo, New York, with locations such as Highmark Stadium being featured.

Last year’s collaboration with the NFL and the Kansas City Chiefs was an extraordinary achievement beyond what we had anticipated, according to Hallmark’s chief brand officer Darren Abbott. This year, we’re excited to join forces with the Bills for a heartwarming holiday movie that embodies our fans’ favorite elements of family, emotion, and traditional storytelling from Hallmark, all unfolding against the unique backdrop of the Bills franchise’s rich history and tight-knit community.

In 2024, Hallmark collaborated with the NFL, particularly the Kansas City Chiefs, for a heartwarming production titled “Holiday Touchdown: A Chiefs Love Story.” This movie attracted 2.88 million viewers on the Hallmark Channel and featured several players from the team, Coach Andy Reid, and Donna Kelce. This project was part of Hallmark Media’s expanding portfolio, which also included a pioneering cruise experience that sold out entirely.
