New Trailer For Agatha All Along Walks The Witches' Road

As a seasoned gamer with over two decades of Marvel Universe immersion under my belt, I can confidently say that the latest Agatha All Along trailer has me absolutely spellbound! After the intriguing cliffhanger left by WandaVision, it’s like stepping back into the enchanting world of Westview, but with a darker, more sinister twist. Kathryn Hahn’s Agatha Harkness is a character I’ve grown to love (or rather, fear), and her quest for power in this new series promises to keep me on the edge of my seat.

In 2021, WandaVision marked Marvel Studios’ debut on Disney+. However, it’s been nearly three years since we last saw Kathryn Hahn as Agatha Harkness, the witch who was left powerless in the finale. But a fresh trailer for Agatha All Along reveals that Agatha is hatching a scheme to regain everything she lost and even more, provided her new coven can guide her to the final destination on the Witches’ Path.

It appears that Agatha values power highly and is prepared to make her associates in the coven shoulder the cost first, rather than herself. There’s no trace of Wanda Maximoff in this preview, but it looks like the series will delve more profoundly into the magical realm compared to what we’ve witnessed in the Marvel Cinematic Universe so far, with the exception of Doctor Strange, as his magic is distinct from witchcraft.

At D23, not only did they unveil the latest trailer, but actress Hahn along with her co-stars Aubrey Plaza, Joe Locke, Patti LuPone, Sasheer Zamata, Ali Ahn, and Debra Jo Rupp also took the stage to perform a unique song called The Ballad of the Witches Road. This captivating tune was specifically composed by the talented duo Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez from WandaVision.

On September 18, you can catch the debut of the first two episodes of Agatha All Along on Disney+. However, that’s not all Marvel had in store at D23! The Human Torch unveiled his new costume during a glimpse into The Fantastic Four, and there were exclusive trailers for Daredevil: Born Again and Ironheart. Star Wars fans got a peek at Skeleton Crew, as well as early glimpses of The Mandalorian and Grogu. Pixar shared updates on Toy Story 5, Avatar 3 was given a title, and Tron: Ares presented some footage too.
