Saber Interactive revealed Clive Barker’s Hellraiser: Revival, a survival horror game inspired by Clive Barker’s classic horror film, back in July. The developers have always been upfront about the game’s intense nature, promising graphic scenes of torture, plenty of blood, and other potentially disturbing content. Now, the first gameplay trailer gives us a look at what they’ve been creating.

Let’s be direct: Clive Barker’s Hellraiser: Revival is strictly for mature audiences. Players comfortable with graphic violence and unsettling content will play as Aidan, who is desperately trying to save his girlfriend from a terrifying hellscape known as the Labyrinth.
The new horror game, Clive Barker’s Hellraiser: Revival, will be available on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S in 2026. A specific release date hasn’t been announced yet.
