New PS5 Beta Update Adds Adaptive Charging, Remote Play Settings, And More 3D Audio Options

As a dedicated gamer and proud owner of a PlayStation 5, I couldn’t be more excited about Sony’s latest beta update for my beloved console! The new personalized 3D audio profiles are a game-changer for me. As someone who relies heavily on immersive soundscapes to enhance my gaming experience, this feature could potentially help me navigate games with even greater precision and depth.

As a long-time gamer and proud owner of a PS5, I’m thrilled to share that Sony has announced a new beta update for our beloved console. This update is set to bring some exciting new features that are sure to enhance our gaming experience.

Owners of the Pulse Elite wireless headset or Pulse Explore wireless earbuds can conduct sound tests to generate unique audio profiles for a customized listening experience. By creating personalized 3D audio profiles, users may enhance their gaming experience by more accurately sensing the locations of in-game characters.

With the new beta update, you now have the ability to control which users can use your PS5’s Remote Play feature. For instance, if someone uses your PS5 with their account, you can revoke their access to Remote Play once they have left your presence.

As a long-time PlayStation gamer, I’m thrilled about the advanced features that come with the PS5 console. However, I was disappointed to learn that not all models offer equal access to these innovations. Being an owner of the original PS5 model, I can’t take advantage of the new adaptive charging feature.

Sony regularly enhances the capabilities of the PS5 game console through updates, with the latest one in March refining the DualSense controller’s microphone and speaker functions and introducing new screen-sharing features. However, there are unconfirmed reports circulating about a potential PS5 Pro upgrade, but Sony has yet to acknowledge or announce such a development.
