The incorporation of Okami music tracks and the addition of a photo mode feature have made this already captivating game even more irresistible.
As a dedicated gamer, I’ve been eagerly diving into the updated version of Capcom’s “Kagura Action Strategy” game titled Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess. This latest update brings a host of exciting features, including some enchanting Okami music tracks, an engaging photo mode, several quality of life improvements, and much more. Building upon last month’s free content update that incorporated Okami elements in the form of the Mazo Talisman: Amaterasu, this game is now available across all platforms for fans like me to enjoy!
Today’s news coincides with the debut of the Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess soundtrack on streaming platforms, as well as the release of two fresh behind-the-scenes videos showcasing characters and music. I had a blast playing the game when it first came out, and our review highlighted it as unique, an experience players won’t soon forget. This seems like the perfect opportunity to revisit the game, appreciate the updates, and immerse myself in the enchanting Okami soundtrack once more.

- Villagers can now be upgraded multiple levels at a time.
- The effect area for Tsuba Guard: Tenko’s Sacrifice has been expanded to the entire stage.
- The incantation time reduction for multiple Sorcerers has been capped to a maximum of 5 Sorcerers.
- Mukadejoro’s weak spots will take damage more easily when illuminated.
- Increased the damage reduction effect of Enhanced Seethe.
- Can now view details about the villagers at bases.
- Increased the variety of cats and dogs at bases.
- Added Okami music tracks to the Musician.
- After completing the last boss in your second playthrough, Yoshiro will appear outside the tent at all bases.
- Added an option to change Yoshiro’s pose in Photo Mode.
- Added an option to adjust the position of the game logo in Photo Mode.
- Replaced some of the Mini Map icons.
- The Torii Gate purification cutscene at the end of each stage can now be skipped.
- Shortened the time required to hold the Skip Cutscene button.
- Other minor bugs have been fixed.
