Four long years we’ve waited, and yet, they’ve never faltered in their promise. The tantalizing glimpses into this action RPG have been like manna to the parched soul of every Black Desert Online fan.
At the recently held The Game Awards 2024, the creators of Crimson Desert unveiled fresh footage and announced its launch date following a demonstration of a boss battle.

For four years now, we’ve been eagerly anticipating the debut of this action RPG from the makers behind the widely-acclaimed MMORPG, Black Desert Online. Despite the wait, it’s clear that the developers haven’t disappeared, instead choosing to keep us updated. Reporters were given a sneak peek at the prologue for Crimson Desert during gamescom 2024, while Pearl Abyss has been consistently revealing new game materials in recent months.
