10-Turn Studio has been consistently delivering impressive work lately. Although recent updates since December have focused more on content refinement rather than introducing new tracks or gameplay features (which is expected to change in May), they haven’t forgotten about us car enthusiasts. The latest Patch 18 doesn’t fall short in terms of the quantity of added cars, and it significantly improves upon the quality. It offers a variety of models that should cater to diverse preferences among players and car aficionados alike.
New cars in Patch 18
In me, as an eager racer, I’m thrilled to share that the latest update brings nine splendid vehicles, each with their unique charm. These automotive gems become the focal points for our exciting seasonal races within the Career Mode, adding a fresh twist to the Velocity Tour.

Here we have two cars that have been “refurbished” – Koenigsegg makes a comeback from Forza Motorsport 7, while Oreca is interestingly not new to the game, although it was only accessible after purchasing DLC; now, both these vehicles will be available for all players. Additionally, we have seven cars that haven’t been seen before in the Forza Motorsport series – four of which were initially introduced in Forza Horizon 5, while three are entirely new (these have been highlighted boldly in the table). The Cadillac, originally planned for Patch 17 in February, experienced a one-month delay.
Changes in Patch 18, Update 19
Regrettably, similar to the last two releases, Patch 18 primarily introduces only a limited number of new features, mostly involving cars. The major alterations include:
- improvement of matchmaking for more full lobbies in the recommended Featured Multiplayer;
- extension of “short” races from 8 to 10 minutes in the above mode;
- adding a counter and lap times to the interface in events, where the length is determined by the number of minutes, not laps;
- improvement of sound for three cars: 2007 Ferrari 430 Scuderia, 1998 Toyota Supra RZ, and 2020 Toyota GR Supra. The updates for the Toyota models were supposed to be implemented in the February Update 17, but they “got lost” along the way.
On the Forza Support site, you’ll find an extensive rundown of the changes. In approximately four weeks, we anticipate a new update โ likely set for April 7th. This upcoming release is expected to be themed around the Porsche brand, with a focus on iconic models from its racing division.
