Netflix is expanding its gaming options today, offering a variety of games – both new and familiar – that you can play on your TV using your phone and Netflix account.
Last month, Lego and Netflix announced five party games coming to the streaming service: Lego Party, Boggle Party, Pictionary: Game Night, Tetris Time Warp, and Party Crashers.
Dead Man’s Party: A Knives Out Game is a new title inspired by the popular Knives Out movies featuring Daniel Craig as the detective Benoit Blanc. In the game, you can play as either an investigator helping Blanc solve a murder, or as the murderer trying to get away with it.
Kids can enjoy games like Barbie Color Creations, Toca Boca Hair Salon 4, and Paw Patrol Academy. Netflix is also planning to add games like WWE 2K25 and Red Dead Redemption soon.
I’m so excited! Netflix just announced you can now play games right on your TV, and the coolest part is you use your phone as the controller! Seriously, it’s as simple as watching a show – no complicated setup at all. I was checking it out, and you can literally switch from watching something like ‘KPop Demon Hunters’ to playing ‘Pictionary: Game Night’ without even leaving the app. And if you prefer gaming on the go, they’re adding even more mobile games with a unique Netflix spin. It’s a total game-changer!
Netflix is also launching a new app called Puzzled. It features eight different puzzle games you can play every day, all inspired by popular Netflix shows and movies like Stranger Things and KPop Demon Hunters.
