Kohachi Studio has unveiled that they plan to debut “Navinosuke -The Yo-kai Buster-” on Nintendo Switch in early 2026. This exciting game will be available in two languages: Japanese and English. To keep fans informed, the studio has launched an official website for the game in both languages as well.
Akio, who’s responsible for scripting the game and leading its development team, shared additional information about the game’s creation on his personal account. Initially, his team developed Navinosuke as a secondary project during the early 2000s when they were mainly focusing on Metal Slug games for SNK. Their initial idea was to launch this RPG for Game Boy Advance with GPS integration. However, due to the fact that GPS technology wasn’t widespread at the time like it is now in our mobile-centric era, these plans eventually didn’t materialize.
Check out the official trailer, snapshots, and brief summaries of Navinosuke -The Yo-kai Buster- just beneath this point. The trailer offers a blend of Japanese and English, with the English translation showing up towards the end.
