The independent film festival that takes place at the same time as the Cannes Film Festival, known as Directors‘ Fortnight, has announced that it will feature Nadav Lapid’s “Yes” in its 2025 schedule. (Israeli filmmaker)

The cast includes Ariel Bronz, Efrat Dor, Naama Preis and Alexey Serebryakov.
In 2014, Nadav Lapid’s film “The Kindergarten Teacher” debuted in Cannes’ Critics’ Week segment. In 2021, another one of Lapid’s works, titled “Ahed’s Knee,” was chosen to compete in the main festival at Cannes.
Under the supervision of Julien Rejl, “Enzo,” directed by Robin Campillo (“BPM Beats Per Minute”), will kick off Directors’ Fortnight. Following the unfortunate passing of his longtime friend and collaborator Laurent Cantet in April, Campillo took over the directorial role.
