Motorcycle YouTuber arrested after posting video speeding at nearly 200MPH

As an enthusiastic follower, I can’t help but share the news about a thrilling YouTube biker who found himself in hot water. He clocked an impressive 200MPH on his motorcycle, but little did he know that his adrenaline-pumping stunt would be his undoing. The authorities caught wind of it all thanks to the video he posted online.

In April 2025, 22-year-old Brice Bennett, known from his YouTube channel ‘s1krocket’, was taken into custody and accused of both reckless endangerment and reckless driving.

In the month of May 2024, Bennett shared a video on his channel, which appeared to show him riding his Honda CBR 1000RR Fireblade along a Connecticut highway at an astonishing speed of 192MPH. The video also suggested that he was weaving through traffic. However, these actions are subject to allegations and should be considered unverified until confirmed by reliable sources.

Since then, the video has been watched more than 4 million times, yet its popularity turned out to be troublesome for the YouTuber, eventually resulting in his arrest due to its impact.

YouTuber’s scary highway video ends in arrest

As reported by The New York Post, the video’s popularity led to a confidential tip being sent to Governor Ned Lamont’s office. This information was then passed on to the authorities.

Contrary to the video’s assertion that it was unrelated and filmed exclusively in Mexico, the authorities found that the footage had been shot in Connecticut. Moreover, their investigation led them to identify Bennett as the account owner.

According to the authorities’ statement in a warrant, Bennett is suspected of driving dangerously on his YouTube and Instagram videos, often exceeding 85 miles per hour without apparent concern. Furthermore, he has been observed passing other drivers carelessly, which significantly increases the risk of accidents for both him and others.

According to the police, as of 2025, the YouTuber has published 16 videos that suggest he continues to exhibit dangerous and unlawful driving behaviors across various states, with some footage taken from different regions.

The YouTuber was arrested and released on a $5,000 bond with his court date set for April 29.

It’s not unusual for a YouTuber to find himself in trouble due to his obsession with speed. Last year, the well-known street racer Squeeze Benz was apprehended following accusations of provoking police and publishing videos showcasing multiple traffic offenses across the Tri-State region.
