This year, the latest DC film featuring Superman was a hit at cinemas. Now, a new downloadable content (DLC) pack inspired by it has been released for Minecraft.
Crafted by Oreville Studios, the Superman expansion (costing 1,510 Minecoins) offers a collection of 11 character skins. With this addition, you can embody Superman and utilize his distinctive abilities such as super strength, heat vision, and super breath to combat villains like Lex Luthor within Metropolis. The game also allows you to explore Superman’s Fortress of Solitude or enjoy some downtime with Krypto, his trusty dog companion.
Oreville Studios was involved in creating additional content for Minecraft, inspired by Disney’s The Incredibles, as well as the popular game Angry Birds developed by Rovio, along with several other projects.
The movie “Superman,” directed by James Gunn and featuring David Corenswet, grossed over $600 million globally this year, making it the seventh highest-grossing film of 2025 so far. Its sequel, titled “Man of Tomorrow,” is scheduled to hit theaters in July 2027.
