In the statement, the developer expressed gratitude towards fans for their support and valuable input up until now. However, they also shared that the team was deeply saddened because not all players had the opportunity to play the game as originally planned.
The studio emphasizes that their main focus is ensuring top-notch performance and reliability for every gamer on any device, guaranteeing consistent high-quality gameplay. Overnight, our dedicated teams have tackled numerous problems, finding out that most of the crashes were due to a persistent memory leak.
As a passionate player, I’ve learned that a problem affecting around 10% of us gamers will be resolved in an upcoming update, according to the developer. The fix for this issue, along with others, is scheduled to roll out as early as June 13 on PC platforms and consoles once certification is completed.
The developer stated that they are dedicated to making sure every player has an outstanding journey, and they plan to regularly share clear and honest information about their progress.
