Midnight Murder Club Hits Early Access In March, Includes Guest Pass

On March 13, the murder mystery game from Velan Studios, Midnight Murder Club, will introduce hide-and-seek to deadly environments during its early-access launch. This first-person shooter pits 1-6 players in a race to outsmart each other as they navigate Wormwood Manor shrouded in darkness, relying only on their flashlights and the brief flashes of light when a weapon is discharged. The action intensifies with the addition of two fresh gameplay modes.

In the latest game mode of Midnight Murder Club, Wildcards, the traditional mansion battle royale undergoes a drastic change due to cards that alter the rules of existence. As players draw from their deck, they acquire unique abilities such as extreme speed or self-destruct upon defeat. These powers can affect other players in the game too. Following each fight, players receive fresh cards to test out, adding to the unpredictable nature of the game.

Instead of altering the core gaming experience like the Wildcards mode, The Guest Pass Edition allows more individuals to participate, regardless if they don’t possess a copy of the game themselves. As long as someone owns Midnight Murder Club, they can extend invitations to play the game for free to five other people. It’s likely that the Guest Pass Edition will also be accessible across different modes such as Free for All, Thief in the Night, Team Deathmatch, and Headhunters.

As a gamer, I’m thrilled to share that you can grab the complete game for around $20! Plus, there’s good news for those who want to join in right from the get-go – the Guest Pass Edition will be up for grabs on day one, whether you’re playing on PlayStation 5 or PC.
