The depiction clearly showed a character familiar to fans, who quickly identified it as Hatsune Miku. Her twin-tailed hairdo served as a swift recognition point for numerous web users.

A day after, on February 20, 2025, McDonald’s officially validated the online speculation that their upcoming collaboration was with Hatsune Miku. The details have been finalized, and the new partnership, Shaka Shaka Potato and Hatsune Miku, is now set to take place on Miku Day!
On March 9, 2025, Miku Day is observed, a special occasion dedicated to admiring the concept of the virtual pop icon. Consequently, keep an eye out for the upcoming collaboration release scheduled for that date, as hinted at in McDonald’s recent announcement.
