McDonald’s launches Mac & Cheese snack wrap but only in one country

McDonald’s introduces a novel Mac & Cheese Breakfast Wrap exclusively for customers in a single nation.

As a dedicated gamer, I’ve got to say, it’s been a bummer that the Snack Wrap was pulled from U.S. McDonald’s menus back in 2016. But let me tell you something, this global fast-food titan isn’t down for the count just yet! They’ve kept the Snack Wrap thriving and kicking in other countries around the world.

For instance, Canada offers McWraps with a variety of flavors such as Creamy Chipotle Chicken, Sweet Chili Fish, and breakfast options featuring eggs, hash browns, and sometimes chicken too.

Currently, the company unveiled a fresh breakfast wrap for clients to savor, however, individuals residing in the United States can only admire it from a distance.

New breakfast wrap features mac and cheese

Known as the “Crispy Mac & Cheese Wrap”, this treat consists of a crunchy macaroni and cheese pocket filled with scrambled eggs, melted cheese, and an option between chicken, ham, or sausage, all neatly tucked inside a toasty tortilla.

Referred to as the “Crispy Mac N’ Cheesy Wrap”, it includes a crisp macaroni and cheese filling, scrambled eggs, gooey cheese, and your preferred choice of chicken, ham, or sausage, all enclosed within a warm tortilla.

For now, unfortunately, U.S. consumers cannot find the new wrap in stores, as it’s exclusively available in Singapore at this point in time.

For individuals preferring a less complex breakfast, there’s still the option of the standard wrap without the crispy mac and cheese patty. Meanwhile, McDonald’s has introduced a new item resembling tater tots, called Potato Pops, which are currently exclusive to Singapore.

For several years, McDonald’s enthusiasts in the U.S. have been vocal on social media, expressing their desire for the reintroduction of snack wraps within the nation.

The company has verified that they will indeed reintroduce the product, attributing this move to customer demand; many people had requested for the menu item, which significantly impacted their choice to make it available again in stores.

Regarding its arrival date, it hasn’t been specified just yet. They have already introduced their primary component, the McCrispy strips, with plans to release the snack wraps on the 14th day of any month prior to October.

Since the date lands on a weekend in both June and September of 2025, it’s probable that the Snack Wraps will return to the U.S. markets either in July or August of that year.
