At last, McDonald’s has set a launch date for its McCrispy Strips, which will be featured in the comeback of the popular Snack Wrap.
As a dedicated gamer, I’ve been waiting years for my favorite snack wraps to make a comeback, and finally, McDonald’s made the announcement last December! They’re promising a return to our local restaurants across the U.S. in 2025. Can’t wait to get my hands on one again!
Soon after, the company unveiled a new chicken strip inspired by their McCrispy sandwiches, leading some to speculate about the filling in this latest product.
On April 15th, McDonald’s announced that they would be gradually rolling out their new McCrispy Strips Snack Wrap. Now, we can confirm that the official launch date has been set!
McCrispy strips are coming soon
On a recent Instagram post dated April 22nd, the food-centric content creator Snackolator announced that McCrispy Strips will officially become available starting April 29th. Some outlets have reportedly started selling them ahead of the official release date.
Accompanying the freshly introduced strips, you’ll find a creamy chili dip that McDonald’s has nicknamed as the “McCrispy Strips Dip.
We’ll need to observe their prices after they’re released, and some people are noticing that the images of these items have started showing up in their apps under the “chicken” category within the menu.

Many people are speculating if the Snack Wraps launch could happen ahead of schedule. McDonald’s has hinted at their release date, which they announced as 0x.14.25 in a recent post on X, indicating that they will be available before September 14, 2025.
After the announcement, though, fans flocked to the comments to share their thoughts.
“You know I’ve been waiting for this,” one user commented.
“Yummy, I can’t wait to try them out,” a second replied.
A disappointed fan, however, added: “This is not giving Chicken Select … they can keep it.”
We’ll need to try them out once they’re released, but there’s no denying that people are eagerly anticipating the comeback of chicken strips at McDonald’s, as the long-desired Snack Wrap also makes its return.
