Mario Kart World’s Cow Can Eat Burgers And Steak

As a dedicated fan, I’ve been captivated by the Mario Kart World’s new breakout star – none other than the cow character! Recently, an intriguing piece of information has surfaced about this bovine buddy. In the upcoming Switch 2 game, it appears that my favorite cow can actually consume its fellow cows – and it seems to relish the experience!

In the latest trailer for Mario Kart World, we saw Mario transform into a different character by devouring a colossal triple-tiered burger. The introduction of the cow as a new racer has sparked curiosity about whether it can also consume a burger in this game. IGN verified that indeed, cows can partake in this culinary transformation, but many aspects remain unclear.

Firstly, we aren’t sure about the ingredients in the burger. While burgers are often made with beef, there could be other options as well. In Mario Kart World’s Yoshi’s diner locations, players can get their hands on various items, including a burger. Other choices include steak kebabs, pizza slices, and donuts.

It’s peculiar that Mario appears to change after eating a burger, while when the cow eats the same burger, it just seems excited but no transformation occurs. This leads one to ponder if the cow enjoys the taste of beef, or maybe the burger wasn’t even made of beef. As Nintendo hasn’t given us all the details yet, we can only speculate.

In Mario Kart World, it’s confirmed that the cow is among the multiple playable characters. This game allows up to 24 players to compete in races, which is the highest number in the series so far. It’s one of the launch titles for the Nintendo Switch 2, making its debut on June 5.

Initially scheduled for release on April 9, pre-orders for the Switch 2 have been unexpectedly canceled in the U.S. due to Nintendo’s decision, which was prompted by President Trump’s tariffs. Some speculate that Nintendo might increase the price of the $450 console in the U.S., a possibility we will continue to monitor on TopMob. Stay tuned for updates.
