As someone who has been following the digital entertainment scene for quite some time now, I must say that this latest viral video of the Lamborghini driver with an RPG feels like a familiar dance. It’s reminiscent of those times when we were all captivated by the stunts of a certain content creator, who shall remain unnamed to protect the guilty.
A YouTube personality has gained widespread attention for responding to potential thieves with a rocket propelled grenade launcher while returning home in his Lamborghini, but the sensationalized event doesn’t live up to its hype.
A video clip of a person driving a Lamborghini, who apparently used a rocket launcher in self-defense against masked thieves, became an instant internet sensation after it was shared on various social media platforms on November 10th.
As a passionate viewer, I find myself captivated by the scene unfolding in the video where a man pulls into his own driveway at breakneck speed, quickly rushing inside as if sensing impending danger. It seems that potential intruders are hot on his heels. Yet, an unexpected turn of events occurs when the victim reappears, brandishing an RPG in his hand. This sight is enough to make the intruders think twice and beat a hasty retreat.
The crazy encounter was viewed over 20 million times on X alone, with numerous other accounts resharing the video to other platforms.

The video has a single issue: it’s not authentic. In reality, the person behind the wheel of the Lamborghini is YouTube personality Dominykas, also recognized as Durte Dom.
Dominykas posted that whatever he does becomes popular,” Dominykas shared a false news article about an event using fabricated ABC graphics superimposed on authentic footage. There’s no such video available on ABC’s official website.
He boasted about his wealth and fame during what appeared to be an interview, remarking that they were plotting his fall from grace. What he really meant was that they were attempting to infringe upon his right to bear arms as protected by the Second Amendment.

The individual continued the deception by posting a picture on Twitter of a questionable vehicle parked outside his residence, accompanied by the caption, “Agents at my doorstep.
Back in 2022, the social media platform TikTok removed ‘Dominykas “Durte Dom” Zeglaitis’ account because he was caught fabricating videos showing Tesla-related stunts.
Back in 2021, I found myself under scrutiny due to allegations that I had taken advantage of a woman who was far too impaired to give her consent during the making of a video for David Dobrik’s YouTube channel way back in 2018.
Afterwards, even more people spoke up, claiming he had behaved in a sexually inappropriate manner with them.
Even though some RPG videos might be fabricated, there are authentic instances of wild moments that gain virality every now and then. For example, in 2023, a heated gunfight at a gas station became an internet sensation as people compared it to the action scenes in John Wick 4 and the Grand Theft Auto series by Rockstar.
