According to court papers, it’s been alleged that the live-streamer known as Nick ‘Nmplol’ Polom is involved in financial misconduct during his separation proceedings with Malena.

During a live stream, YouTube personality Henry Resilient brought forth allegations as he delved into documents related to the divorce proceedings.

In 2024, it was Suggestive (synonym for ‘Resilient’) who initially made the news about Nmplol and Malena’s divorce public, as the details had previously remained confidential.

The popular video he posted led Nmplol to publicly affirm their extended partnership and its eventual end, noting that the divorce process was going smoothly. Yet, in a recent stream on March 6th, Resilient questioned this storyline by mentioning accusations from Malena about alleged financial mistreatment.

While streaming, I showcased a screenshot from what seemed to be revised legal documents, highlighting this particular passage: “Regarding the division of our estate, I urge the court to take into account the following: a. The alleged economic and financial mistreatment inflicted upon me by my opponent [Nmplol].” (First-person perspective as a gamer)

The document also claimed that Nmplol had prevented Malena from reaching their joint financial resources, asserting: “The Respondent refuses to grant access to the shared community property accounts, even for understanding purposes and access to those common funds.

From my perspective as an avid observer, community property signifies shared possessions amassed by married couples throughout their union, which are subject to division in the event of a divorce.

In Resilient’s video, it was pointed out that Malena had changed her strategy regarding the distribution of their assets. At first, she sought a judge’s intervention to divide their estate. However, recent filings indicate she now feels they might be able to negotiate an agreement on asset division without involving the court.

Even though there may be other interpretations, revised submissions suggest that Malena wishes the court to acknowledge her status as a victim of financial abuse, should legal intervention become essential.

In Texas, during their ongoing divorce proceedings, allegations of financial mistreatment between spouses may influence how joint assets are distributed. Should Malena’s accusations prove valid, she might receive a more substantial portion of the shared property, possibly surpassing the standard 50% split.

In simpler terms, “Texas is unique among many states in that if a spouse can demonstrate marital wrongdoing, such as financial abuse, a judge may decide to give the majority of shared assets to her,” he explained.

As a dedicated admirer, I’ve always looked forward to Nmplol’s responses to Henry Resilient’s YouTube videos, but when it comes to the divorce, Malena has kept her thoughts to herself.
