Yet, it’s also clear that they are both aware of the hostile nature of their respective factions. The Dama is seen trying to coerce Manhattan’s groups into aligning with her, while New Babylon appears to be executing those who attempt to evade conscription.

In light of the series consistently showing that both parties harbor harmful intentions, it appears that another encounter between Maggie and Negan could provide valuable insight into their ongoing conflict.
