Ludwig explains why “goat” IShowSpeed will win Best IRL Streamer award

As a seasoned gamer with over two decades under my belt, I must admit that IShowSpeed has truly left his mark on the streaming landscape this year. His IRL streams have been nothing short of captivating, and it’s not just about the jaw-dropping viewer numbers he’s been pulling in—though those certainly don’t hurt.

Ludwig has made his nominations for the next Streamer Awards event and shared his thoughts about IShowSpeed winning the Best IRL Streamer Award.

This year’s QTCinderella’s Streamer Awards ceremony is scheduled for December, and enthusiasts have begun nominating their preferred content creators.

During a recent live broadcast on YouTube, Ludwig discussed and shared his views about several nominations he had made. He engaged with his audience, discussing various aspects of the nominations.

Following a review of the Best Real-Life Streamer accolade’s description, he clarified that both CDawgVA and ExtraEmily exhibit exceptional skills in real-life streaming, however, he personally regards IShowSpeed as the “standout” or “best of all time” in this category.

Ludwig stated, “I believe there are a handful of individuals who excel at what they do. I feel that CDawg and ExtraEmily are among those who do it exceptionally well. However, in my opinion, IShowSpeed stands out as the best of the bunch.

“I think IShowSpeed is a once-in-a-generation streamer, man. His IRL is unmatched because he’s not just doing it around his area. He’s flying to Europe, all over Southeast Asia. It’s impressive.

In my opinion, he’s likely to take this category. As for who else might get nominated, it’s uncertain, but it seems like he’ll win convincingly.

In addition to nominating the YouTube star in one category, Ludwig also did so in another. When it came to the Streamer of the Year award, he quickly entered IShowSpeed’s name once more.

In the year 2024, Speed’s live streams in real life attracted an enormous number of viewers, with his European broadcasts becoming viral sensations on various social media platforms. However, it was when he moved to Southeast Asia that he set new records for viewership.

18th September saw Speed weeping right in the middle of his live stream, having achieved a milestone of reaching 1,000,000 simultaneous viewers across Southeast Asia.

Reaching over a million viewers was an incredible feat, but it wasn’t until a few days later that Streams Charts unveiled the stunning fact: Speed had become the all-time most-watched English streamer in history.
