As a long-time fan of reality dating shows, I couldn’t help but feel a flutter of excitement when I heard about “Love is Blind: France”! Having watched numerous iterations of this unique format across various territories, I can confidently say that each version offers a fascinating glimpse into different cultures and their approach to love.

I’m thrilled to share that Paris, the City of Love, will be hosting a French rendition of Netflix‘s popular dating show “Love is Blind,” set to debut in 2025! As a fan, I can hardly wait to see how love unfolds in this romantic city.

The popular series “Love is Blind” has been tailored for various regions such as Mexico, Japan, and the UK. Soon, France will join this list as the 11th nation to air its localized edition. Typically, this show is presented by a real-life famous duo in the hosting role.

In America, the show is hosted by Nick and Vanessa Lachey, whereas in Britain, Matt and Emma Willis are the hosts for the program.

On Monday, during Netflix’s international presentation, Bela Bajaria, the company’s head of content, revealed the latest version that began manufacturing last month.

Bajaria stated that ‘Love is Blind’ stands out due to its approach of seeking compatibility over chemistry. While this may be familiar in India, it’s quite different elsewhere. The show has been adapted into 10 countries so far, and now we’re excited to bring our next adaptation directly to the city of romance – ‘Love is Blind: France.’

She also noted that they haven’t merely replaced the host and setting; rather, they’ve tailored the show to cater to various cultural contexts. For instance, “Love is Blind: Sweden” presents a unique twist compared to “Love is Blind: Habibi,” which focuses on Arab dating. I find the cultural exploration in “Love is Blind” fascinating and enjoyable.

“Love is Blind: France” will be produced by ITV Studios.
