In 2014, Raphael Bob-Waksberg introduced the first Netflix original animated series with “Bojack Horseman”, featuring Will Arnett as a horse, Amy Sedaris as a bright pink cat, and Paul F. Tompkins voicing TV’s most literal golden retriever boyfriend. Fast forward to over ten years later, he’s gathering an elite cast to portray the most extraordinary animals: a human family. Debuting on August 22, “Long Story Short” is a humorous time-travel tale about the Schwooper siblings, who are depicted from their childhood through adulthood and back again, recounting their achievements, setbacks, happiness, and sacrifices. The star-studded cast for these fearless Schwoopers includes Lisa Edelstein, Paul Reiser, Ben Feldman, Abbi Jacobson, Max Greenfield, Angelique Cabral, Nicole Byer, and recurring guests Dave Franco and Michaela Dietz. Joining the team again is Lisa Hanawalt, who collaborated with Bob-Waksberg on “Bojack” and “Tuca and Bertie”, serving as supervising producer. Here comes Schwoop!
