Currently, the partner of Kick has made a substantial investment, purchasing a luxurious home worth $25.5 million in Davie, Florida. This expansive 10-acre estate features a magnificent 7-bedroom mansion covering 11,325 square feet, which was originally listed at $32 million.

As reported by TheRealDeal, the property was originally acquired back in 2009 for under a million dollars, and since then it has been developed progressively throughout the years.

Real estate agent Enzo Rosani, instrumental in the transaction, gave a virtual walkthrough of the property on Instagram. “We’ve raised the bar,” he announced. “This is now the most expensive sale in this region – and we orchestrated it.

As per a report by Compass, it’s been stated that Adin is investing approximately $12 million in purchasing the property, with the remaining amount being covered through a substantial mortgage loan.

Previously, the streamer expressed his intention of purchasing a beachfront property in Miami. However, it appears he’s shifted gears on that plan. Instead, he is now approximately 40 minutes away from Miami Beach, having acquired land that offers numerous opportunities for fresh content creation.

Yet, he’s not quite close enough to make it onto the roster of the priciest abodes belonging to celebrities.
