Logan Paul plans to take legal action against people who accuse him of being a scammer, stating that many false stories are circulating about him online.
The courts recently dismissed a two-year lawsuit against Logan Paul and his CryptoZoo NFTs. The suit, filed in 2023, claimed the project was a scam, even though Logan Paul had offered to reimburse investors. He stated he’d allocated nearly $2 million to repurchase the CryptoZoo ‘eggs’.
The refund led to a dispute between Logan Paul and YouTube channel Coffeezilla. Paul even sued Coffeezilla over his reporting on the claims of a supposed “scam.” A court date for the lawsuit is scheduled for April.
Now that the lawsuit has been dropped, Logan admits he still faces legal challenges, but he’s willing to confront anyone who accuses him of being a scammer in court.
Logan Paul is “looking forward” to seeing critics in court
Paul recently mentioned on the Iced Coffee Hour Podcast that he anticipates facing his critics in court and is prepared to do so.
He strongly denied accusations of being a scammer, calling them completely untrue. He expressed frustration that he has to prove his honesty in court, but stated he plans to pursue legal action quickly and welcomes the opportunity to do so.
It’s easy for misinformation to spread online, and sadly, many people end up believing it. Logan also pointed out that people often wrongly assume a failed business means the owner was dishonest from the start.

“People can make tons of videos about you to enrich themselves and get attention,” Logan continued.
Look, it’s great to succeed, but repeatedly lying, especially when you’re aware you’re doing it, could eventually lead to legal consequences.
People tend to believe things that fit their understanding of the world. Sadly, objective truth seems less and less important these days – in fact, it often doesn’t matter at all.
