Logan Paul says “frivolous” Prime Hydration forever chemicals lawsuit has been dismissed

As a loyal follower of Logan Paul and his brand Prime Hydration, I must say I am thrilled to hear that both lawsuits against the company have been dismissed. It’s refreshing to see truth prevail over baseless accusations and misinformation. The dismissal of these lawsuits not only vindicates Prime Hydration but also restores faith in the integrity of the products they offer.

It’s been announced that a lawsuit accusing Logan Paul’s sports drink, Prime Hydration, of containing harmful “forever chemicals” has been dropped.

In the early months of 2024, whispers about potentially harmful amounts of “permanent chemicals” in Prime Hydration started circulating on social media, triggered by an announcement from a lawsuit that was filed in 2023.

Logan swiftly countered the assertions made in a social media video, labeling the “small study allegedly done by an attorney” as complete nonsense or hogwash.

He mentioned that some people say there’s only a trace of 0.06 part per trillion in Prime, yet the Environmental Protection Agency states that amounts below 1.1 parts per trillion are too small to be detected, so it’s essentially unmeasurable.

Apart from that, he additionally criticized a TikTok user who was disseminating what he deemed “false information” about the company during the ongoing legal dispute. He also warned that he might take legal action against this individual.

During the October 2nd edition of his Impaulsive podcast featuring KSI and MrBeast, Logan disclosed that the lawsuit had been dropped following more than a year of legal disputes in the courtroom.

He stated that the case was dropped because “She opted not to revise her lawsuit submission when given the opportunity. Now, she’s planning to return with a very questionable argument which might likely be discarded as well.

This situation demonstrates an instance where individuals are merely attempting to seize an easy profit through a baseless lawsuit without any substantial grounds or evidence.

Apart from the current dismissal, Logan mentioned there were other lawsuits against Prime as well. In fact, back in May 2024, Prime faced a class-action suit alleging their energy drinks contained more than the stated 200 milligrams of caffeine.

He mentioned that not only was the lawsuit concerning the “forever chemicals” dropped, but also the case about caffeine. In fact, both cases were dismissed.

Despite the fact that the lawsuits were dropped since they lacked evidence, Logan argues that the harm to the company has already been inflicted.

“Regardless, the rumor still got out there, and lowkey, the damage is done,” he said.

During the Impaulsive podcast, they didn’t just discuss one subject. In fact, MrBeast announced that his upcoming series ‘Beast Games’ on Amazon Prime Video is going to leave viewers absolutely amazed when it finally drops.
