Locke & Key Comic Compendium Is Nearly 50% Off At Amazon, But Probably Not For Long

I absolutely loved the Locke & Key series on Netflix, and I just saw a great deal on the original comic books! Amazon has the *Locke & Key: Keyhouse Compendium* on sale for only $68.51 – it’s usually $125! This is a beautiful hardcover that collects all six volumes of the story into one huge 976-page book. It came out in 2021, and it normally sells for full price, so this is a really good discount – one of the best I’ve seen. These deals don’t stick around for long, so if you’re a fan like me, you should definitely check it out now. It’s the cheapest way to own the entire series in a physical copy!

Complete your Locke & Key Collection

The Keyhouse Compendium includes the core story of Locke & Key, but there are a few extra books to fully expand the experience. These aren’t essential to the main plot, but fans of the series will likely enjoy them. The newest addition is Locke & Key: The Golden Age, a 232-page hardcover that tells the story of the Locke family’s ancestors in the early 1900s. Right now, Amazon has a sale on it for $21.43, down from $30.

The *Heaven and Earth* collection brings together three stories never before published in one place, including the Eisner Award-winning “Open the Moon.” *Small World Deluxe Edition* includes stories from the *Golden Age* prequel series, but with the added bonus of extra pages featuring early drafts from the author. A single, digital issue called *The Guide to Known Keys* is also available.

Locke & Key Master Editions

Before 2021, if you wanted the collected hardcover versions of Locke & Key, the Master Edition series was the way to go. Each of the three Master Editions contains two books from the series. While they’re beautifully made, they’re now hard to find, especially Volume 2, which has been out of stock for a while. Getting a complete set now means paying a lot more than the original price for Volume 2. We’re mentioning them because Volumes 1 and 3 are still available, and Volume 1 is currently over 50% off on Amazon.

Joe Hill Novels and Short Stories

While *Locke & Key* gained a lot of attention, Joe Hill is primarily known as a novelist. Following in his father Stephen King’s footsteps, Hill writes horror, and his first novel, *Heart-Shaped Box*, came out before *Locke & Key* even began. His latest book, *King Sorrow*, a horror story with fantasy and supernatural themes, will be released on October 21st. Like his father’s books, Hill’s recent novels have been very popular. *King Sorrow* is a lengthy hardcover edition, coming in at 896 pages, and is currently available for pre-order for $26.60, discounted from its original price of $40.

Story Collections by Joe Hill

Joe Hill is also a celebrated author of short stories and novellas. His debut book, *20th Century Ghosts*, recently marked its 20th anniversary with a special edition featuring unique artwork and stained edges. While the collection contains over a dozen stories, it’s best known for “The Black Phone,” a chilling horror story about a terrifying serial killer nicknamed The Grabber. This story was made into a movie in 2021 by Blumhouse Productions, and the sequel, *Black Phone 2*, was released in theaters on October 17th.
