On the 24th of June, a 47-year-old social media personality who promotes fitness was taken into custody by the Austin Police Department following a sequence of intimidating videos he shared on Instagram concerning Rogan.

He was held by the police department after they reached out to Rogan regarding the threats. The podcast host claimed he had no previous engagement with Johnson and deemed the posts as menacing.

After being freed, the fitness influencer has consistently shared posts on Instagram concerning Rogan and the arrest.

What’s Liver King’s preparation routine before a fight? It’s not about locking him up, but rather involving the violent crimes division to apprehend him on allegations of terroristic threats. Yet, the threat he was accused of wasn’t actually a bomb or similar danger. Instead, that box turned out to be a gift for him and his coworkers at Mothership,” Johnson explained in his initial video.

The level of potential danger, or threat, has decreased significantly. To be clear, I won’t disclose specifics, nor mention anyone involved, but this is the kind of preparation needed when anticipating conflict.

In the same video, he appears to don a hoodie that seems to hint at a confrontation with Rogan, as it bears the podcast’s emblem.

In a subsequent video, Johnson mentioned his plan to create multiple videos during the upcoming week and then take some time off afterwards.
