LeBlanc’s Stunning Overhaul and Exciting April Fools Skins in League of Legends Patch 25.7!

In Patch 25.7, League of Legends is undergoing a cosmetic revamp for one of its earliest champions, LeBlanc, who had become rather outdated. But don’t let the aesthetic updates fool you; there are additional improvements in store as well.

This update also includes some exciting extras, particularly April Fools’ Day adjustments that will slightly modify the game mechanics and introduce new skins. One of these skins, the free Pengu Garen, is included in this update but will only be available during the patch duration.

While we’re still figuring out most of the adjustments, there are several significant ones worth highlighting, even though this update appears to have fewer balance changes compared to the 25.06 patch.

Here’s what we know about LoL patch 25.7 so far.

April Fools update

The April Fools update may not be packed with major changes, but it’s worth noting the modifications included. Nevertheless, the primary attraction lies in the introduction of fresh skins.

These skins for League of Legends are often considered among the top-notch ones that have been introduced in recent years, excelling in both artistic design and animation detail. Given the ongoing debates about Hextech Chests and player dissatisfaction with skin quality, this is a significant triumph for Riot Games.

This skin, along with the accompanying free Garen skin, marks the first adjustment to a skin’s hitbox. Given its temporary nature, you’ll have the opportunity to use it without charge.

Moreover, the latest upgrade brings several aesthetic adjustments to the Rift. The Disco rubber ducky, minions adorned with cat ears, and the Party drake are set to significantly alter the appearance of the map.

Party Drake is replacing Cloud Drake and will genuinely change the map:

  • Grants Party Favor on kill
    • Party Favors grant gold and a skill point
  • Party Dragon Soul grants 30% move speed and AD/AP that scales off move speed
  • Grants wind tunnels on the map like Cloud Drake, but party themed

LeBlanc overhaul

Currently, it seems like LeBlanc won’t undergo any balance adjustments along with her visual overhaul, but things could potentially shift. We’ve already witnessed her skillset in action, so she’s certain to maintain a highly similar or identical collection of abilities. If any tweaks are implemented, they’ll likely be minor ones.

Alongside an updated look for her in-game character, each skin has either been slightly modified or given a full makeover (as shown by Mistletoe LeBlanc above). New visual effects and animations have been added for every skin. Typically, when updates like this occur, the older skins will be offered for sale in the store so that players who didn’t get to purchase them a decade ago will have another chance at buying these skins.

    • But only the base damage, not the % max health damage This is a small buff, but a buff nonetheless

  • No longer deals reduced crit strike damage

  • No longer cleanses CC when returning to your body
    • Still unstoppable during return, but will keep any CC duration after
