Her notable television career includes her memorable five-year stint playing dual characters on Knots Landing, alongside Michele Lee and William Devane. She also delivered a commanding lead performance in Children of the Night with Kathleen Quinlan and Mario Van Peebles. Furthermore, she made guest appearances alongside esteemed stars such as Michael Landon, Angela Lansbury, and Christina Applegate.

Known as a Bronze Halo Award recipient, Lincoln was greatly admired by horror enthusiasts, particularly for her exceptional performance in the slasher movie sequel “Friday the 13th Part VII: The New Blood.” In this film, she portrayed Tina, a character with telekinetic abilities who, as the “final girl,” successfully vanquished an undead Jason Voorhees (played by Kane Hodder).
