I’ve grown up reading the exploits of these iconic characters, and seeing them come together on the big screen is an absolute dream come true.
The upcoming Deadpool and Wolverine movie is almost here, with only a week left before its theater release. However, Marvel Studios continues to generate excitement for the film. Previous trailers featured Dogpool as a comic relief character and hinted at Lady Deadpool‘s appearance. In the latest trailer, fans are treated to the unexpected arrival of Cowboy Deadpool, who was previously unannounced, suggesting a full team of Deadpool Corps may make an entrance in the movie.
In the trailer’s setup, it seems that different Deadpool versions are at odds with Wade Wilson (Ryan Reynolds) and Wolverine (Hugh Jackman). This implies a potential alliance with the movie’s antagonist, Cassandra Nova (Emma Corrin). Following their battle, only Dogpool is permitted to join forces with this unusual twosome, despite Wolverine’s disapproval.
In the recently released footage, Lady Deadpool’s identity remains hidden, implying that she will be portrayed by a famous actress whose involvement is kept under wraps as a surprise. A strong contender for this role is Blake Lively, Reynolds’ wife and former co-star from the 2011 Green Lantern film. However, it’s also plausible that another actress might take on the part of Lady Deadpool. It’s worth noting that if she does appear in the movie, her role may not be significant.
As a die-hard fan, I’d love to share some exciting news and then dash your hopes all in one go! Although it’s still a dream for many of us, the chances of Taylor Swift making an appearance in Deadpool and Wolverine are slim.
