Capcom has unveiled a fresh trailer for the game titled “Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess“, highlighting the upcoming feature known as “Otherworldly Journey“. This additional mode is set to debut concurrently with the release of the Nintendo Switch 2, serving as one of its launch titles.
In the trailer, it’s made clear that the new mode presents an unending gaming experience. Each night that Soh and Yoshiro manage to survive, they’ll be rewarded with a variety of bonuses to pick from. These bonuses can include extra villagers, techniques, masks, or Tsuba Guards.
Check out the latest trailer located just beneath this text. Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess is playable now on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC via Steam and Microsoft Store. You can also read James’ review of the game. The Otherworldly Venture mode will become available across all platforms when the Nintendo Switch 2 version of the game launches simultaneously with the console’s debut on June 5.
As a devoted admirer, I’d put it this way: “Stepping into ‘Otherworldly Venture,’ I find myself in a realm beyond the Torii Gates. Although it maintains the fundamental aspects of the primary game, it introduces a streamlined day-night cycle and endless onslaughts from the Seethe, providing an exhilarating high-score mode to truly test my abilities!
The new content will come with the Nintendo Switch 2 when it launches on June 5. Moreover, this extra content can be downloaded for free on all current platforms starting from the same day!
