Koei Tecmo has made the game “Wild Hearts S” available on the Nintendo Switch eShop in North America. In addition, a physical retail release of the game is offered as a Game Key Card in both Japan and Europe.

A demo for the free Nintendo Switch version of Wild Hearts S is still accessible on the Japanese, Australian, North American, and European eShops. Your progress in this demo will be carried over to the complete release. To coincide with today’s launch, Koei Tecmo has unveiled a trailer for Wild Hearts S. The action-adventure game “Wild Hearts” is now playable on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and personal computers (PCs) via EA, Steam, and Epic platforms. Today, Koei Tecmo America and developer Omega Force extend an invitation to all adventurous gamers to dive into the exhilarating fantasy action of Wild Hearts S, now playable on the latest Nintendo Switch 2 console. For a sneak peek, there’s a free demo accessible for both solo missions or multiplayer sessions with up to four players. Your progress in this demo will be transferable to the full game if you decide to purchase it later.

Players in Wild Hearts S must learn to control an old technology known as “Karakuri” (mechanical creatures) to hunt massive beasts in a world reminiscent of feudal Japan that’s brimming with fantasy. Hunters can craft and combine various types of Karakuri, producing everything from sharp beast-piercing blades, protective shields, to traps. To aid them on their quest, players will also be able to craft equipment and weapons, ranging from common ones like the “Nodachi” and “Bow”, to exclusive items such as the “Karakuri Katana” and “Bladed Wagasa”, each with its distinct qualities. The colossal, elementally-enhanced creatures inhabiting the land of Azuma will present tough challenges for players who’ll need to utilize materials obtained from their hunts to create stronger weapons if they wish to survive.

Now, you can experience a free trial of Wild Hearts S on your Nintendo Switch™ 2! This demo lets you explore the game from its prologue all the way up to “Minato”. You can choose to venture through the lands of Azuma solo or team up with three other players. In this adventure, you’ll encounter various fierce creatures influenced by nature, like the “Ragetail”, the “Sapscourge”, and the mighty “Kingtusk”, a colossal boar with enormous tusks. Once you finish the public demo, your progress will be saved for when you purchase the full game. If you prefer playing with friends, Nintendo Switch 2’s exclusive “GameChat” feature allows seamless communication during online gameplay*.
