Alex Garland might be planning to work again with actor Kit Connor, who starred in “Warfare,” for their forthcoming collaboration on the movie version of “Elden Ring.” This project is being produced by A24 and Bandai Namco.
According to my sources, I’m being informed that Garland might be contemplating offering Connor a leading role in the upcoming movie, but as of now, no official offer has been extended.
Last week it was announced that Garland has been given the green light to both write and direct a live-action movie adaption of the popular video game, inspired by George R. R. Martin’s mythological tale. The title of this production will be “Elden Ring.” Peter Rice, along with Andrew Macdonald and Allon Reich from DNA, as well as Martin and Vince Gerardis, will produce this film together.
Deadline first reported news of the possible reunion. A24 had no comment.
