Kirkman Teases Big Endings for Invincible Season 3

As the third season of Invincible winds down, it’s not backing off without a fight. According to creator Robert Kirkman, the last two episodes promise to be more spectacular than anything we’ve witnessed up until now.

Following the shocking events where Powerplex inexplicably incinerated his wife and child, Episode 6 concluded with a mind-blowing twist: Angstrom Levy has miraculously survived, and he’s amassed a total of 18 ominous versions of Mark Grayson from various universes. With a chilling tone, he simply stated, “I have what I need,” as the screen transitioned to the credits, leaving me on the edge of my seat with an eerie sense of foreboding.

If you’re familiar with the Invincible comic books, you might anticipate what’s next: the Invincible War, a significant, gruesome occurrence straight from Kirkman’s original work that truly needs to be experienced.

Beyond what’s already been mentioned, whispers and speculations hint that Conquest might appear in the final episode. To put it simply, he could be the “terrible person” Anissa had warned us about. Kirkman didn’t clarify either way, but he did make a promising statement instead.

Invincible Season 3 ends on “huge” moments

When asked about Conquest by TopMob, Kirkman remained secretive, only revealing, “Conquest does indeed appear in the series at some point. I can assure you of that, but I’m unable to specify exactly when – it could be anywhere within Season 3 or Season 4.

Prior to the debut of Season 3, merely Episodes 1 through 6 were accessible to critics; this strategic move is set to make perfect sense as we progress through this week.
