After speaking with him, he’ll assign you a task: discover the whereabouts of Vele’s shrine. He also suggests visiting a woman in Tachov for more information about the shrine, which will initiate your “Source of My Inspiration” quest.

After parting ways with the painter, journey towards the Tachov region and locate Kvyetoslava, an elderly woman residing by Vidalk Pond.
