Additionally, it should be mentioned that apart from hosting the award ceremony, Kai was granted free access to the entire venue backstage. This allowed him to encounter Wale, who was engrossed in a game of Smash Bros on his Nintendo Switch.
Later on, the rapper playfully teased Kai, saying that he had apparently overlooked him, and their first encounter had become quite popular online.
