As a die-hard wrestling fan, I can’t help but imagine the epic spectacle that could unfold if two of today’s most popular figures, Logan Paul and MrBeast, teamed up to co-headline WrestleMania. This intriguing idea was shared by one of wrestling’s legends, Kenny Omega, during his interview with YouTuber Adi Shankar on May 13th.

He pondered aloud that, to his knowledge, he may never have said it before in public, but it seems we’re moving towards a future where, after several WrestleManias, the main event might feature a match between Logan Paul and MrBeast.

As a fervent admirer, I often ponder over the depth of their wrestling skillset. The hours they’ve dedicated to honing this craft, the miles they’ve walked on this path – these are the questions that cross my mind. Yet, in the grand scheme of things, does it truly matter? What I’ve come to realize is, it’s not just about the destination, but the journey of evolution they’re embarking on.

He went on to explain that nowadays, actors are often chosen for movie roles based on their popularity on social media platforms. This is somewhat relevant to the Logan Paul situation. You could say it’s similar to that, but also, what used to be a tightly guarded and exclusive industry – the “kayfabe” or illusion – has almost completely opened up. The barrier between the public and the industry has become very thin.

Many people share Kenny’s viewpoint regarding influencer boxing, particularly the success achieved by Jake Paul, the younger brother of Logan Paul, over the last five years.

To put it another way, Jake has openly expressed his ambition to earn a legitimate world title in boxing, and he’s challenging some of the top fighters in the sport to help him achieve that goal.

Nevertheless, his bouts have frequently been subject to criticism because of the opponents he selects for boxing – specifically, former athletes such as Ben Askren and Mike Tyson, whom he faced during one of the most widely viewed combat sports events streamed live worldwide on Netflix.

Up until now, neither MrBeast nor Logan Paul have commented on Kenny Omega’s idea of them sharing the WrestleMania spotlight, but considering that IShowSpeed and Kai Cenat have already wrestled, it’s not out of the question that this could happen.
