Australian police are investigating Katy Perry following an allegation of sexual assault made by Ruby Rose, reportedly involving an incident from the past.

Okay, so this is wild. Rose is claiming that Perry did something really inappropriate to her back in 2010 at a club in Melbourne called Spice Market. She posted on Threads saying Perry basically… well, she said Perry rubbed her genitals on her face. It’s a pretty shocking accusation.
So, Perry’s saying all these accusations against him aren’t true, but Rose went to the police and filed a report. Now the authorities are actually looking into it, which is pretty serious.

Victoria Police told TMZ they are investigating a sexual assault that happened in Melbourne in 2010. The incident took place at a bar or club in the city’s central business district.
Rose has shared that she’s finished her reports on the case and is now prohibited from discussing it further. This includes not being able to comment, share information, or talk publicly about the case or the people involved.
Okay, so Rose claimed that Taylor Perry deliberately sought her out and did something absolutely shocking. She says Perry noticed her relaxing on a friend’s lap, trying to avoid her, and then, unbelievably, pulled her underwear aside and rubbed her genitals on my face. Apparently, it was so disturbing that I immediately threw up!
Okay, so I’ve been following this drama, and Katy Perry’s team just put out a statement. Basically, they’re saying everything Ruby Rose is claiming about Katy online isn’t true at all, and they’re calling it really harmful and irresponsible.
Ms. Rose frequently makes serious accusations against people on social media, but those she accuses consistently deny her claims.
Following Rose’s allegations, a 2014 interview with Anna Kendrick has reappeared online. In it, she makes a joke about Perry inappropriately touching her at the Grammy Awards.
