Internet personality Kallmekris disclosed that she is now wedded to fellow YouTube sensation, Oompaville, following a secret engagement period.
Back in November 2023, I found myself starting a new chapter with Kallmekris, better known as Caleb Phelps on TikTok. It didn’t take much time before this popular Canadian content creator packed up and moved down to Texas to share life with me.
On YouTube and TikTok, Kris and Caleb have mostly avoided featuring each other in their videos. Notably, Kris boasts 12 million and 50 million subscribers on these platforms, while Caleb has garnered 5.6 million and 1 million followers respectively.

We’ve been keeping our engagement under wraps for months, but now it’s official – we’re married! Kallmekris reveals sudden marriage
Kris unveiled her big news to her TikTok audience by posting a short, nine-second video. The video captured her moving from her studio to standing outside, all while wearing her beautiful wedding dress and displaying her new ring.
The post spread rapidly, amassing more than 25 million views and 30,000 comments from stunned fans as they learned that she was set to wed for the first time.
“How did I not know Oompaville and Kris were a couple?” one person asked.
A second user replied: “I missed several chapters but CONGRATULATIONSSSS.”
As soon as Kris posted an explanatory video on YouTube, users started asking for additional details, and they found what they were looking for promptly.
“You thought this was clickbait, didn’t you? No, it’s not. I’ve been lying to you… That’s not true, I just avoided the truth with you. I’m married now. I’m a married woman as of 12 hours ago and I’ve been engaged for quite some time,” she said.
Although I may have given it away unintentionally by wearing my rings in photos and videos, some of you were not aware. I chose to keep the information private.
She revealed that they chose to maintain their engagement privately since, although the internet is “wonderful,” they already share too much of their lives online.
She expressed that they had a desire for something personally exciting, just for them. While others might guess or speculate, it turned out wonderfully. Unfortunately, we should have informed you about it earlier.
