Johnny Somali threatens to inject YouTube rival with “HIV blood” & spread STDs in Korea

As an ardent follower, I find myself pondering over potential additional legal troubles for streamer Johnny Somali, following allegations of threatening to spread sexually transmitted diseases and inject a competitor with HIV.

Johnny Somali, originally known as Ramsey Khalid Ismael, stands accused in South Korea for notorious live broadcasts that have caused a stir. However, even amidst the trial, he manages to create more turbulence within the nation.

In the lead-up to Ismael’s upcoming court hearing over accusations of creating deepfakes involving another popular streamer, BongBong, his recent actions have caused controversy by making threats to spread sexually transmitted diseases throughout South Korea.

During a broadcast on April 22nd, Somali referred to himself as a potential risk or hazard towards women in Korea, and also issued an unsettling warning towards YouTube personality, Legal Mindset.

Johnny Somali warns he could be a HIV “superspreader”

In conversation with his audience, Somali admitted to having had unprotected intimacy with numerous women in Korea and choosing not to undergo tests for sexually transmitted infections.

He doesn’t undergo any sexually transmitted disease (STD) testing when engaging in sexual activity with Korean women. Not only that, but he intentionally exposes them to whatever sexually transmitted infections he may have. Furthermore, he claims that neither the police nor the government can control or stop him from doing so. He made this statement sarcastically.

In a troubling turn of events, Johnny Somali has been accused of making a threat to intentionally spread sexually transmitted diseases, including HIV, across South Korea. This actions allegedly violate the AIDS Prevention Act of 1987 in South Korea, which mandates that individuals living with HIV must practice safe sexual behavior and use preventative measures during any sexual activity.

Furthermore, the streamer said he planned on impregnating as many Korean women as possible.

He mentioned that he aims to increase the birth rate daily, and asked for everyone’s thoughts on how he spends his leisure time. Furthermore, he stated unequivocally that he would never get tested for sexually transmitted diseases (STDs), including HIV, gonorrhea, or chlamydia. In essence, if he were to have any of these STDs, he considers himself a “super spreader.

Beyond his initial remarks about STDs, Somali additionally made threats towards YouTube content creator Legal Mindset. This individual frequently shares updates on Ismael’s activities and legal matters in Korea.

In the course of his live broadcast, Somali declared that he intended to “introduce” Legal Mindset using a contaminated needle filled with HIV-positive blood.

In a recent statement, Legal Mindset clarified that if Somali had indeed made an attempt at murder, he could potentially face charges for attempted murder.

In Korea, making threats related to HIV can lead to various legal consequences, as this individual explained, outlining several possible charges. Notably, Korea has a specific law that imposes up to ten years imprisonment for actions that may transmit AIDS.

Given that Somali has been dealing with a potential long prison term due to his online behavior, it remains to be seen if he will be indicted for any of the suspected HIV-related crimes. At this point, no charges have been filed against him, leaving us in suspense about the next steps the authorities might take.
