Lady Gaga is set to make an appearance in the second season of Netflix’s “Addams Family” spinoff titled “Wednesday,” and lead actress Jenna Ortega is absolutely thrilled about it.
Ortega praised, ‘She’s simply exceptional, undeniably one of the most gifted individuals I’ve had the pleasure of collaborating with.’ Ortega shared this sentiment at SXSW, expressing that working in her presence and alongside Tim [Burton] was a truly extraordinary experience, as they are both individuals who have greatly influenced and inspired me.

Gaga’s role in the series is currently unknown.
Recently, Gaga shared with Entertainment Weekly that she’s keeping her involvement in the show under wraps, wanting to maintain secrecy. However, she adores Jenna, and had a fantastic time during the experience!
Gaga’s connection to “Wednesday” dates back to the initial season, where a sequence showing Ortega dancing to The Cramps’ “Goo Goo Muck” was remixed using Gaga’s “Bloody Mary.” This reworked scene gained massive popularity on TikTok. Users shared videos of themselves mimicking this dance routine set to Gaga’s 2011 track, and even Gaga herself joined the trend at one point.
Back in the day, I used to collaborate with a hairdresser who had worked with Lady Gaga. Guess what? I’d recently attended one of her concerts a few years prior. Can you believe it? This hairdresser managed to get Gaga to make a video for me, expressing that she knew I was a fan! In 2023, Ortega shared this story about Gaga jumping on the TikTok trend. Gaga made a lovely video for me, and while I doubt she recalls it now, witnessing her do that…it’s one of those instances when you realize just how quickly life can change.
