He declined, saying he’d ruin it for everyone. I persuaded him to come down, but within minutes, word must have spread, and the bar filled up. As a result, Mel Gibson found himself surrounded by admirers, both women and men, who were overly affectionate. Despite the potential benefits of financial stability, the rest was not appealing.

In his day, Mel Gibson was highly valued in the acting world, earning a prominent position through his roles in the Mad Max series (a role he has since moved on from) and various other movies. Interestingly enough, he was also considered for the role of James Bond at one point.
