Jake Paul slams “outrageous” hate around Logan Paul & MrBeast’s Lunchly

As a seasoned gamer with years of observing the ever-evolving world of content creators and their ventures, I find myself increasingly intrigued by the latest saga unfolding between Jake Paul, his brother Logan, and their fellow YouTuber peers.

Jake Paul, who transitioned from being a YouTuber to a professional boxer, vocalized his support for his brother’s Lunchly products, labeling rival brands as envious, and drawing a comparison between this partnership and Kai Cenat’s collaboration with McDonald’s.

On his ‘BS with Jake Paul’ podcast, Jake Paul spoke about the recent backlash towards Logan Paul’s new business endeavor, Lunchly.

In the month of September, Logan joined forces with MrBeast and KSI to debut Lunchly – a snack box comparable to Lunchables. This box is available in three unique versions: Turkey Stack ‘Ems, The Pizza, and Fiesta Nachos.

As a loyal follower, I can’t help but voice my opinion on the controversy surrounding Lunchly. Despite Logan running a well-respected business, I find the hostility towards it to be utterly unjustified.

Jake expressed his surprise by saying, “That’s absolutely unbelievable! Yet, when Kai Cenat introduces his McDonald’s meal, there’s hardly any reaction at all. It’s as if people just shrug and say, ‘Well, that’s up to you, whether you want to eat it or not.’

“There’s definitely favorites being played, and that’s not fair,” added his podcast co-host.

Jake remarked, “It’s strange that KSI, MrBeast, and Logan receive so much criticism for creating something great, while Kai’s McDonald’s meal gets no backlash. I suspect Kai’s meal will be 10 times worse than Lunchly, but people aren’t commenting now because Kai is still in a phase where everyone adores him.

As a gaming enthusiast, I’ve had the incredible opportunity to be the ambassador for the much-anticipated McDonald’s Chicken Big Mac sandwich! You’ve probably seen me in their marketing videos or even caught a glimpse of me sampling it during my live streams. It’s been an awesome ride!

Jake pointed out that Logan and his Lunchly collaborators had significantly raised the bar in the food business, and he felt it was unnecessary to criticize or challenge “young businessmen” like his brother.

As a gamer, I can’t help but wonder why we’re targeting these young, ambitious entrepreneurs when it’s those colossal corporations, who’ve been raking in billions for the past six decades, that should be held accountable. It’s high time they shoulder the responsibility for creating this super healthy market, not these bright 20-year-olds just starting out.

Jake remarked, ‘There’s no logical explanation… It’s still preferable,’ as he assessed the health aspects of Lunchly items against those of Lunchables.

Essentially, he stated that the primary reason for criticism from other creators, journalists, and media personalities towards these individuals is envy over their accomplishments and status. They are just biding their time, looking for any mistake so they can attack and bring these successful people down. In essence, society tends to elevate someone only to knock them down later.

Besides Jake, others also stood up for Lunchly’s defense. Not long after the meal kit launch, YouTuber DanTDM criticized it as “poor-quality” or “low-grade.

Later on, MrBeast clarified their stance by stating that contrary to the rumors, they’re providing consumers with a “superior quality product at around the same cost” as Lunchables.
