IShowSpeed has recently launched his new international live streaming expedition, landing in China and announcing intentions to collaborate with the esteemed Jackie Chan.
Speed’s worldwide live streams, taking him from cuddling kangaroos in Australia to being mayor of Lima, Peru’s capital, are currently captivating audiences everywhere. His latest journey through Asia even surpassed his previous viewership record, attracting an astounding 612,000 simultaneous viewers.
Currently, the popular YouTuber is strolling through the streets of China for his new adventure. On his initial day within the country, he achieved yet another significant achievement; however, it seems like there’s more to come.
Usually, a significant aspect of his journeys includes interacting with popular local figures such as celebrities and accomplished athletes. It’s expected that this won’t change during his visit to China, as Speed has announced his intentions to link up with one of the most renowned Chinese action stars ever, Jackie Chan.

IShowSpeed is planning to stream with Jackie Chan in China
A viewer inquired during the March 24 broadcast, “Speed, do you plan on meeting Jackie Chan?” To which Speed responded, “That’s being arranged, everyone.” (Informal tone)
Currently, there’s no absolute certainty that I will meet Jackie Chan, but my team and I are working diligently towards making that encounter a reality. “Working with Jackie Chan” is indeed in progress, as I have repeated before.
Speed asserted that he had to meet the renowned Chinese actor, Jackie Chan, who has made a significant impact on cinema through his roles in films like the Rush Hour trilogy, Rumble in the Bronx, Shanghai Knights, and even voiceovers in the Kung Fu Panda series. This man is one of the most productive Chinese actors ever to grace the silver screen.
Despite a slight decrease in his martial arts performances at 70 years old, he continues to take center stage in crucial acting positions. Coming up this year, he will once again assume the character of Mr. Han in the upcoming Karate Kid sequel.

For now, it’s uncertain what this duo will do live-streaming together, but it’s evident that Speed admires Jackie Chan greatly. However, Jackie Chan isn’t the only star he hopes to collaborate with on his stream while in China.
As a big fan, I can’t help but express my excitement, “I’d love to shake hands with Yao Ming someday!” However, at this moment, there aren’t any solid plans in place for the 7’6″ ex-NBA player to make an appearance.
