YouTube personality IShowSpeed found himself verifying the safety of a gathering of enthusiasts, who inadvertently caused a pier bridge to crumble while attempting to connect with their beloved streamer.
As a dedicated fan, when IShowSpeed initially gained notoriety online, his content primarily consisted of streaming from within his home, where he’d engage in FIFA (now EA SPORTS FC), chat with strangers on Omegle, and react to various videos. However, the game has since taken him on incredible global adventures as part of these immense real-life tours.
On his global journeys, the popular YouTuber has encountered countless followers in Europe, Asia, Oceania, and South America. However, these tours have not been entirely smooth sailing, as they’ve had their share of unexpected events.
Occasionally, speed was compelled to depart from cities and postpone scheduled engagements due to overwhelming crowds. At one point, he vowed never to return to Norway again following an incident where his fans assaulted him while he was visiting.

During his latest European trip, an American individual found himself needing to escape from the city center of Helsinki and verify on a gathering of fans, who inadvertently caused a pier to crumble while attempting to greet him.
During his live broadcast on July 15 in Estonia, an unexpected incident occurred when Speed participated in water sports. A throng of spectators gathered nearby on a small bridge for a peek at Speed, but unfortunately, the bridge caved in under the weight and fell into the water.
The YouTube personality approached the gathering to verify their wellbeing. “We need to assist them!” he exclaimed. “Be cautious, everyone,” Speed chimed in as spectators attempted to escape the water. “Is everyone alright? You all okay? They collapsed the bridge, buddy!” (Informal)
🚨WARNING: A bridge by the lagoon COLLAPSED due to a large number of fans standing on it simultaneously 😕🇪🇪
Or, in a more conversational tone:
🚨HEY! Be careful near the lagoon, that bridge just gave way because too many fans were standing on it together 😳🇪🇪

Even with the risk involved, Speed managed to spare moments for his fans, exchanging friendly slaps and high-fives while they patiently awaited their chance to depart from the damaged platform.
Several locals expressed astonishment to Speed’s broadcast, saying they couldn’t believe the bridge had fallen, while he continued to worry about the fans. Fortunately, no injuries were reported.
It’s worth mentioning that his European tours have often been quite chaotic. On several occasions, the live-streamer needed law enforcement assistance to navigate through overwhelming crowds, and this was no exception as they also helped fans who found themselves in a difficult situation.
He has already left Estonia, however, heading to Lithuania and Latvia for the next leg of his tour.
