While on a 35-day trip across the US, streamer IShowSpeed teamed up with car enthusiast and YouTuber Westen Champlin. Champlin allowed IShowSpeed to drive a car and attempt a jump over one of his ramps.
The popular YouTuber started a continuous, around-the-clock livestream on August 28, 2025, and has been touring the United States ever since, living out of a $300,000 tour bus.
IShowSpeed recently unveiled an AI-powered virtual streamer to entertain viewers while he’s offline. He was also surprised to learn that a fan had sold an apple he’d signed for a remarkable $500.
Speed and his team traveled to Kansas on September 17th to meet up with YouTuber Westen Champlin and enjoy some time with cars.
IShowSpeed jumps car off ramp and crashes
When Speed arrived at Champlin’s workshop, he got to see all of the YouTuber’s incredible projects, like an upside-down truck and a Rolls Royce Phantom that had been converted to run on diesel – a build they’d been working on for a while.
It didn’t take long before the streamer started test-driving the vehicles. He even performed a stunt reminiscent of the TV show *The Dukes of Hazzard*, making a car appear to fly by driving it off one of Westin’s ramps. Speed initially rode as a passenger during the jump, but then got to drive the car over the ramp himself.
Despite finally reaching 40mph and launching the car into the air, Speed quickly crashed into a light post after misjudging the next ramp, triggering the airbags.
“Oh my God, I’m dead,” said the shocked YouTuber as the car came to a stop.

After quickly checking on his cameraman and collecting himself, Speed joked about the incident.
“I’m a real f**kin man now chat,” he joked.
Just a few days ago, IShowSpeed caused a stir at a mall in Houston, Texas. A large crowd of fans gathered to see him, which led to mall security banning him from the property.
